Refund & returns policy

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

Exchanges:

  • Products can only be exchanged if they are defective.
  • Defects must be clearly documented with photos and sent to us via our contact channels.
  • Once the defect is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or an equivalent alternative, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact us via email/social handles with clear images of the defect.
  2. Provide your order number and product details.
  3. After verification, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Important Note:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for exchange.
